They take the time to answer your questions. They make suggestions to help in prevention. They are not pushy when it comes to me denying a procedure. They have great hours. I highly recommend them.

You do not hear this too often from anyone but, I love going to go the dentist. Ever since I began my journey to my "perfect smile" my fears and anxiety towards dentistry have diminished. From the initial encounter when walking in greeted by the smiling admin team to the shots of Novocaine that Dr. Le carefully administers. My experience has been far from what I would expect from any dental office team. The front desk team always welcomes me with kindness and smiles and make it known that I am walking into an office with a friend to greet me. The dental hygienists always ensure I am 100% comfortable while I get my teeth worked on and catch up on my favorite Netflix shows. Dr. Le and I have worked hard to complete the recommended treatment path and although it was a journey we have finally reached the point of annual cleanings. I appreciate the time and care he puts into every aspect of his work whether it is simply showing me before/after photos of my teeth or following up the next day after a painful root canal. I can only say lovely things about the Perfect Smile Dental Office on North First and I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and colleagues! They definitely go above and beyond!

I haven't been to a dentist for awhile and my teeth were not so good to begin with since my last visit elsewhere. I was not surprised to hear I needed some extra work than normal cleaning. The front office ladies' personalities were all super sweet both on the phone and in person. When I had questions or needed clarification they answered them and took the time to make sure I understood. For example, they didn't act or sound annoyed when I had to ask for clarification with the insurance and billing process. The dental assistants were gentle and patience when taking my health history, photos and x-rays. The dentist I seen was quick & efficient, but took the time to explain what I needed to do and why with the visuals they just took. She prioritized my care by urgent need so there is no pressure of having to look into touch-ups or cosmetic treatments. Overall happy with my first experience with them.

Dr. Chou was very soft spoken and gentle. I plan was made on further work that was needed. I walked away very pleased. Calm, clean & contemporary office. Complimentary dental products in restrooms is a lovely touch and helps prepare for your appointment. Really friendly staff on reception who explain pricing transparently. Extremely thorough dental exam and cleaning... Dr Pham is caring and mediculous. She didn't just repair my tooth where the gum had receded but identified a spot on an opposite teeth which was exerting pressure on it and rectified that tooth surface thus eliminating the cause. Complete set of photos and x-rays of teeth when you first enroll and they show you these on a screen and keep them on file for future comparison. Coming from the UK, I never knew dental care could be so satisfying and patient friendly!

Most professional, friendly, and passionate dental practice I’ve ever encountered. A little pricey, but worth the cost. The office is nice and clean. The examination rooms are cozy and make efficient use of space. You can watch Netflix during your procedure to keep nerves at bay. Dr. Le explained things very thoroughly and takes a personal interest in helping you find out what’s wrong. The rest of the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They made it clear before and after my first visit what I should expect to pay for my treatment plan.

Annie is great but I realllllly did not like the Bible quotes hanging around the office. I support free speech but it was very very off putting since as a gay man those quotes come from a book that says I should “surely be put to death”. Not the kind of topic I wanted to be thinking about while getting my teeth worked on.

Always a great experience here. The staff here always go out of your way to make you comfortable. I have had a rather long but short history with them; I had a lot of work done in a short amount of time. It has been about 6 months since I saw them last and the minute I walked through the door it was like I had never left. They all knew my name and were checking in on me. Just a great feeling for something that makes everyone uncomfortable. Very professional, well educated staffing.

Nice people but there are quotes from a book that says I am an abomination and should surely be put to death now hanging all over the office. Doesn’t feel good to read such proselytizations while trying to receive treatment. Was uncomfortable the whole time thinking of it. Quite insensitive. I guess it doesn’t matter to the owner because the book they quoted from doesn’t talk about how people like the owner should be put to death. Not appropriate for a dental office. I will not be returning.

Dr. Pham is very skilled at what she does. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Also, the whole staff is very nice and extremely helpful. 5 stars are not enough to describe my experience here. So far we have completely reconstructed my whole upper set with a part that has included 6 extractions, bone graphs ect.. she has laid out a plan for my needs that works with my budget. Once again 5 stars are not enough.

I was very impressed with the office and the way everything was run. They had a very nice up-to-date technology and provided thorough care. I came in for a cleaning and also opted to get a filling for a chipped tooth from years ago. They made sure that my teeth were completely cleaned. Some of the scrapings did hurt my gums, however, more than usual. Dr. Annie also filled in my tooth after my appointment rather than have me schedule another appointment, which worked well with my schedule.

The staff here are true professionals and are very accommodating to my schedule. Annie Pham is the Best! The staff is amazing. I have been with them for more than 10 years . I left the area for a while. While away, the dentist I had didn't do a very good job. That coupled with radiation , I as lucky that work brought us back to San Jose. Annie is a master at her craft and has managed to get my teeth back up to par. Annie and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional. For anyone considering a new dentist, you won't go wrong by becoming part of the family there.

I hadnt been to the dentist in 2 years. I desperately needed to have two cavities filled. These were on my two front teeth which need a little more attention to detail. I called specifically to have these looked at and the dentist went quickly to work to get them done. After my procedure I met with Stephanie and she went over many possible options to utilize my insurance to its full potential while still focusing on Areas that need immediate attention. We booked my next appointment and it was all handled in under 2 hours. Wonderful service. Many pictures were taken throughout my procedure to show the change and the work done. And xrays taken. Usually with only seeing xrays its hard to get a good idea of what im looking at as a patient, but the pictures they take are great. Very satisfied with the care taken to ensure i feel comfortable and respected as a paying customer looking to maximize my insurance potential.

I've been coming here for years to get my teeth done. I've had many hygienists and they've all done their jobs wonderfully! I just had a latest appointment yesterday with Julie. She's new but she knows what she's doing. She had this really bubbly personality and kept me entertained for hours while I had a deep cleaning. Maybe because my gums have healed quite a bit but normally, I get the injected anesthesia because my gums were hyper sensitive. However, this time around, Julie only applied topical anesthesia and I didn't feel any pain sensations. I attribute that partially to Julie's magic. Next time you are at Perfect Smile, ask for Julie.

Wow...I don't even know where to start... First off, I don't usually leave reviews (period), let alone, for a DENTAL OFFICE... Precedent set...From the moment you call, to the moment you are in the chair, AMAZING experience. The staff at Perfect Smile is so friendly, and very skilled. They will certainly ease any "dental anxiety", and most importantly, leave you with excellent care. When you're in the chair, they have a screen and headphones... just fade away into some Netflix. Ok, sure, it may kinda be like getting your oil changed at the drive-in, but, it set me at ease! The dentists and hygienists were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.. (seriously!... they really care about what they do). I felt very comfortable, and all costs and insurance coverages were thoroughly explained. Stephanie was very thorough, and a pleasure to work with (from phone call to visit), and she will have all your paperwork and any questions answered upon checkout. I just want to thank the staff of Perfect Smile for taking such great pride in their work, and being such great people to come to. Decided to come to Perfect Smile as it is down the street from where I live. Incredibly convenient. The DA gave me a tour around the office and I must say, the decor is very modern and nice here. My cleaning went well and was quick! Oh.... They have Netflix for you to watch while the doctors perform on you!
